3 Things to Do This Month in West Bloomfield

West Bloomfield Parks and Recreation offers weekly exercise and other classes throughout the fall, but here are three, one-time events and activities you can enjoy over the next two weeks: Â
1. Senior Health and Fitness Expo
Held Oct. 24, 11 a.m.-2 p.m., in the Henry Ford West Bloomfield Hospital atrium located at 6777 W. Maple Rd., this event offers access to health and fitness experts talking about a variety of health-related issues and fitness activities designed to fit our needs as we age. Lunch is available for those who pre-register.Â2. Trick or Treat Trail
Bring the kids (ages 3-12) to this Oct. 25 event at Marshbank Park. Collect goodies from costumed characters and treat stations, sponsored by local businesses and organizations. Cost is $6.3. Recycle Art: Re-String, Re-Pair Re-Purpose Workshop
This Oct. 29 workshop offers help repairing or finding new uses for broken jewelry and vintage treasures. For ages 16 and older. Sign up for any of these events and learn more at westbloomfieldparks.org.Â
