6 New Ways for Adults to Get Fit This Fall in West Bloomfield
Kayaking, tennis, paddleboarding and more are offered by the Parks and Recreation department.

The West Bloomfield Parks and Recreation fall brochure is out, listing six new ways for adults to get fit:
- Z-Box Fitness: This mind and body workout combines segments of boxing and upbeat dancing, with use of handweights for muscle toning.
- Paddleboarding: Stand up paddleboarding is an easy, fun core exercise.Â
- Hula Hoop Fitness: Covers waist and hip hooping, walking, turning, passing and more. Work at your own pace.Â
- Tennis Clinic: Learn to play by using fun, fast-paced drills and games.Â
- Barre Tone Total Body: Use low weights and a high number of reps to increase muscle endurance.Â
- Kayaking & Sea Kayaking: Learn how to launch, land and more in this one-day class. Bring your own kayak or rent one.Â
