DQ Blizzard Day Helps Local Kids Who Need Medical Treatment
The annual event, at Dairy Queen locations in Farmington Hills, benefits Children's Miracle Network Hospitals.

Thursday is Miracle Treat Day at Dairy Queen (DQ) locations in West Bloomfield and throughout Michigan, helping area kids in need of medical treatment.
Buy a DQ Blizzard treat at 7425 Orchard Lake Rd. or 2886 Orchard Lake Rd. and proceeds will go to the Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals benefitting Beaumont Children’s Hospital in southeast Michigan.
“Miracle Treat Day continues to grow every year and participating in this event is a terrific way to cope with a hot Michigan summer,” says Tom McGannon, vice president, Beaumont Foundation. “We appreciate our DQ partners and their ongoing support to raise funds to help Beaumont Children’s Hospital kids through the Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals."
Miracle Treat Day 2012 raised more than $5.5 million for Children's Miracle Network Hospitals in local communities throughout the U.S. and Canada.
