Friendship Circle 'Drive-Thru' Lawn Sign Pick Up Slated Sunday

Friendship Circle, WDZH-FM AMP 98.7 radio and other CBS Group radio stations are hosting “Friendship Drive-Thru” lawn sign pick-up event on Aug. 11, 11 a.m.-2 p.m. at the Meer Family Friendship Center, 6892 West Maple Rd., West Bloomfield.

The event gives Friendship Circle supporters the opportunity to pick up lawn signs in support of the nonprofit's annual Walk4Friendship, a Sept. 1 event that raises $500,000 for the organization's 30 weekly and seasonal programs for children with special needs.

During the Aug. 11 Drive-Thru, visitors can stop at different stations on the Friendship Circle grounds to receive:

• Starbucks Iced Coffee
• Lemonade
• Walk 4 Friendship Yard Sign
• Walk 4 Friendship Car Decal
• Car painted by the Friendship Circle volunteers with Walk4Friendship information
• Car wash coupon for any Jax location
• Raffle ticket entry to win an IPad

The raffle winner will be randomly drawn and announced the next day on Friendship Circle's Facebook page.
