The impact of the crash pushed Szakal's SUV into a third vehicle, a 2021 Honda CRV, officials said.
Szakal was killed, while the driver of the Honda, a 64-year-old Wixom woman, suffered minor injuries in the crash, officials said.
Officials said both drivers were wearing seatbelts. They do not know if the driver of the Lexus was wearing a seatbelt.
