HIGHLAND TOWNSHIP, MI — A substitute teacher is facing multiple charges after sexually assaulting minor students at an Oakland County elementary school, according to the Oakland County Prosecutor's Office.

Timothy Allen Daugherty, 61, of White Lake Township, was charged with six counts of second-degree criminal sexual conduct. He was placed in jail with a $75,000 bond. If he posts bond, he must wear a GPS tether. His next court date is scheduled for Sept. 18.
