2 Indicted In Red Lake, MN Drug Trafficking Conspiracy
Two men have been indicted for conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine and fentanyl on the Red Lake Indian Reservation.
MINNEAPOLIS — Two men have been indicted for conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine and fentanyl on the Red Lake Indian Reservation, announced U.S. Attorney Andrew M. Luger.
According to court documents, on Sept. 4, Bobby Lee Donnell, 46, and Jordan Lee Lussier, 29, were stopped by the Minnesota State Patrol.
A state trooper checked Donnell’s and Lussier’s driver’s licenses and found both had been revoked; authorities said Lussier also had a warrant for his arrest.

A subsequent search of the vehicle led to the discovery of over 50 grams of methamphetamine and over 40 grams of fentanyl, according to investigators.
Donnell and Lussier were each indicted on one count of conspiracy to possess methamphetamine and fentanyl with the intent to distribute.

An arraignment and motions hearing has been scheduled for Jan. 24.
