Almost All Of Minnesota's COVID-19 Deaths Now Among Unvaccinated
As of Thursday, more than 3.1 million Minnesotans — or 56.7 percent of the state — are fully vaccinated.
ACROSS MINNESOTA — Almost all COVID-19 deaths in Minnesota are now in people who weren’t fully vaccinated.
Since the start of January, 1,960 Minnesotans have died from complications related to the virus, according to the Minnesota Department of Health. A total of 93 people have died from COVID-19 after they were fully vaccinated, according to the department's most recent breakthrough report.

- Total COVID deaths since January: 1,960
- The number of COVID deaths in people who were fully vaccinated: 93
- That's 4.74 percent of the overall COVID deaths this year
