Here's How Much Minimum Wage Will Go Up In 2022 In Minnesota

The price index is increasing by 2.5 percent to keep up with inflation.

MINNESOTA — Minimum wage is set to slightly rise in Minnesota in 2022, according to the state's Department of Labor and Industry.

The department decided this year that the price index would increase by 2.5 percent to keep up with inflation.

Minimum wage for large employers will change from $10.08 to $10.33 per hour on Jan. 1, according to the department's website.

Minimum wage for small employers, training wage and youth wages will go from $8.21 to $8.42 per hour.

Minimum wage rates apply to all hours worked, whether they are full or part-time, the department said.
