Minnesota Coronavirus: Deaths Pass 1,000
Minnesota has now reported more than 24,000 cases of COVID-19, with 1,040 deaths from the virus.
More than 24,000 people have tested positive for the new coronavirus in Minnesota as of Sunday, according to the Minnesota Department of Health. The department reports a total of 24,850 tests have returned positive results. An increase of 664 cases was reported Sunday.
The state also reports an additional 14 virus-related deaths Sunday, bringing the state's total 1,040.
