MN Place Among 50 Most Beautiful In U.S.: Condé Nast Traveler

MINNESOTA — One of the 50 most beautiful places in America is located in Minnesota, according to the luxury travel magazine Condé Nast Traveler.

The 2025 list of the country’s most beautiful places includes rainforests, beaches, deserts, canyons, forests, lakes, and national parks from one coast to another, as well as Alaska and Hawaii.

Here’s what Condé Nast Traveler’s Caitlin Moore had to say about Voyageurs National Park, Minnesota:

Tucked away in northern Minnesota near the Canadian border, Voyageurs National Park is all about the water—from border rivers to lakes dotted with tiny islands. During the summer months grab a canoe and row to one of the campsites on the Lake Kabetogama peninsula; come winter, rent a houseboat and cross your fingers for a Northern Lights sighting.
