MN YouTuber Pleads Guilty To Sharing Nude Image Without Consent
The Minnesota-based YouTuber admitted in court to sending the explicit image during a livestream and will avoid jail under a plea deal.
ST. CLOUD, MN — Aaron Michael Imholte, a Stearns County man who hosts a YouTube talk show, has pleaded guilty to sending a nude image of a woman during a live broadcast without her consent, according to court documents filed last week.
Imholte, 38, admitted to one gross misdemeanor count of nonconsensual dissemination of private sexual images stemming from a May 27, 2024, livestream. Prosecutors say he texted the image to a guest during the show while discussing the woman on-air.
The victim, identified by initials K.R., told investigators she had shared the photo privately via the encrypted app Signal and did not give permission for it to be shared.

Imholte acknowledged in his plea that he waived his right to a trial and was fully advised by his attorney. A sentencing hearing has not yet been scheduled.
