Dr. Pat Wellik of Apple Valley Eye Care has an amazing monthly award which we want to share in case any of our forward-thinking members have similar ideas. Each month, Apple Valley Eye Care looks for people anywhere in Apple Valley who go above and beyond with Customer service. They then arrange (without the recipient knowing) to present a Customer Service Appreciation Award in front of their boss. They give the award as well as a high-end pair of sunglasses as a “thank you for caring about others.” January’s Customer Service Appreciation Award Winner is Bree Hill. Bree is a server at the local Applebee’s off of 147th and has been a staple there for over 19 years. Bree is always helpful and happy, she loves her “Apple Buddies” and cares for her coworkers. Her goal is to make Applebee’s as cheerful as possible, even bringing in plants to add charm and delight to the bar area. Thank you, Bree, for all you do for our local community.
