Apple Valley City Council Could Approve Buffalo Wild Wings Liquor License Expansion

The Apple Valley City Council is poised to approve an amendment to the liquor license for Apple Valley's restaurant—near 147th Street east of Cedar Avenue—at its 8 p.m. Thursday meeting at the .
The restaurant is looking to expand into the former store that was next door in the same shopping center, but closed several months ago, and would need to change its liquor license to include the increased square footage.
The council's next meeting is schedule for Sept. 6, a Tuesday, rather than the usual Thursday. The informal work session is slated for 6 p.m., while the regular meeting will begin at 8 p.m. that night.
