A 42-year-old Apple Valley woman was arrested on charges of third-degree DUI, violation of driver's license restriction and improper change of course while driving.

A 19-year-old Apple Valley man was charged with fourth-degree DUI and two 18-year-old Apple Valley men each were charged with underage liquor consumption in connection with the same case.
