A 22-year-old Apple Valley man was arrested on charges of impersonating an officer, failing to obtain Minnesota vehicle registration, violating tinted window restrictions and having no Minnesota driver's license.

A 47-year-old Apple Valley man was arrested on charges of fourth-degree DUI, drunkenness and failure to obey a police officer.

A 42-year-old Apple Valley woman was arrested on a third-degree aggravated assault charge.

A 41-year-old St. Paul man was arrested on a charge of offering a forged check.

A 59-year-old Apple Valley man was arrested on three animal control charges, the same man who also was arrested on three animal control charges on March 20.

A 21-year-old Bloomington man was arrested on a shoplifting charge.

A 23-year-old Farmington man was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge.

A 20-year-old Apple Valley man and 24-year-old Apple Valley man each were arrested on a disorderly conduct charge in connection with the same case.

March 25

An 18-year-old Lakeville man was arrested on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and underage drinking.

A 32-year-old Rosemount man was arrested on a third-degree DUI charge.

A 35-year-old Apple Valley man was arrested on three animal control charges.
