An 18-year-old Rosemount man was arrested on a charge of possession of a controlled substance.

Sept. 14

A 45-year-old Burnsville man was arrested on charges of third-degree DUI, having an open bottle of alcohol while driving and no proof of insurance.

Sept. 15

A 31-year-old St. Paul man was arrested on a shoplifting charge.

A 19-year-old St. Paul woman and a 33-year-old St. Paul woman each were arrested on a shoplifting charge in connection with the same case.

A 37-year-old Apple Valley woman was arrested on three animal control charges.
