Dakota Electric Named 'Employer Of Excellence' For 5th Time
Six businesses total were chosen for their employee retention, training and development, employee benefits and more.
DAKOTA COUNTY, MN — Dakota Electric Association announced that it had been named an Employer of Excellence by The Dakota-Scott Workforce Development Board for the fifth time.
Six businesses total were chosen for their employee retention, training and development, employee benefits and more, the Association said.
“We were honored to receive this award for the fifth time,” human resources manager
Amy Hansen said. “We strive to provide a work environment that allows us to hire and retain
quality employees who can focus on providing excellent service to our members.”

The Workforce Development Board did a study that asked businesses about their employment practices, the Association said. Businesses who scored well were named Employers of Excellence, according to the Association.
