Photos: Farm Babies at Minnesota Zoo a Sign of Spring
The annual exhibit at the zoo's Wells Fargo Family Farm starts Saturday and runs through the month of April.
On Saturday begins an annual event in Apple Valley that signifies that spring officially has sprung—the farm babies will be out at the .
And this year, it's looking like the weather will be even nicer for the occasion (take a look at the pictures of all the kids in their hats!).
The zoo's Farm Babies exhibit at the Wells Fargo Family Farm, featuring lambs, goat kids, piglets, baby rabbits, chicks and calves, is open 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. beginning Saturday, each day through April 30.

On Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays while the exhibit runs, you can take a tractor ride from the grain elevator to the farm babies exhibit. Saturdays and Sundays you'll be able to ride in the Minnesota Farm Bureau's AgCab Lab tractor, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. each day.

- Kids' activities, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. both days
- Face painting, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. both days
- Peter Rabbit costumed character, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. April 7
