AP World and European History.

Why do you believe the teacher should be recognized or honored?

He consistently went out of his way to accommodate my son. My son was struggling during the second half of the school year with personal issues, and Mr. Vande Berg did everything he could to accommodate and support my son to succeed.

What's one thing you want everyone to know about the teacher?

He cares deeply for and about his students. He sees the person, not just the grades they’re earning.
