Two Rosemount Residents Suffer Serious Injuries in Wisconsin Motorcycle Accident

Donald Ross Johnson, 50, and Averial Lynn Johnson, 45, both of Rosemount, were traveling in the westbound lane of I-90 near Tomah, WI, when their motorcycle went off the road and flipped at approximately 5:52 p.m. on Monday evening.

Two Rosemount residents have been injured in a Wisconsin motorcycle crash Monday evening. According to accident investigators, Donald Ross Johnson, 50, and Averial Lynn Johnson, 45, both of Rosemount, were traveling in the westbound lane of I-90 near Tomah when their motorcycle went off the road and flipped at approximately 5:52 p.m. Both individuals were apparently thrown from the bike.

The Wisconsin State Patrol reported that Donald Johnson suffered severe injuries while Averial Johnson suffered moderate injuries. The injuries were considered serious but non-life-threatening.

A spokesperson with the Wisconsin State Patrol in Tomah told Rosemount Patch that road conditions in the area were considered normal at the time of the accident and that the motorcycle veered off the road and just couldn’t recover. According to the spokesperson, both individuals were transported to Tomah Memorial Hospital and remain hospitalized as of Monday night.
