Students in Burnsville-Eagan-Savage School District 191 will be on winter break from Thursday, Dec. 23 through Friday, Dec. 31. All schools will be back in session on Monday, Jan. 3.

School buildings will be closed to the public, with the exception of those schools hosting Project KIDS school-age child care programs at Harriet Bishop, Gideon Pond and William Byrne elementary schools. Project KIDS will be open Dec. 27, 28 and 29, 7 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. 

The District 191 Community Education office, located in the lower level of Diamondhead Education Center, will be open Dec. 20, 21 and 22 and Dec. 27, 28 and 29, with shortened hours of 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.  Ready to Grow/Ready to Learn will be open Dec. 27, 28 and 29. Adult Basic Education (ABE) and the Burnsville Senior Center will be closed during winter break.

The One91 Enrollment Center, located in the lower level of Diamondhead Education Center will be closed from Dec. 23 to Jan. 2. Families are encouraged to enroll online at www.isd191.org/enroll, or download enrollment forms and submit them to enrollmentcenter@isd191.org along with required documents (birth record, proof of residency, immunization records). Staff will contact families upon returning on Jan. 3. 

District offices will be closed to the public, except by appointment, from Dec. 23 through Jan. 2, and will reopen on Monday, Jan. 3. Messages may be left at the main switchboard at (952) 707-2000 or e-mailed to info@isd191.org and will be answered when staff members return.
