Burnsville Apartment Complex Sells For $47.2 Million: Report

BURNSVILLE, MN — Avana West Park, an apartment complex off of East Traveler's Trail in Burnsville, sold for $47.2 million Sept. 7, according to a report by Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal.

Greystar, a South Carolina-based rental housing company, was the buyer of the three-building, 240-unit complex, the publication reported.

The sale price was about $197,000 per unit, the report said.

The previous owner was California-based Trinity Property Consultants, according to the report.
