The Dakota County Law Library is hosting a free legal information session on Criminal Expungement on April 24, 2012 from 5:30pm to 6:30pm. The presentation will be done by Christopher Hanrahan, from Volunteer Lawyers Network. The session will cover what creates criminal records, where they are kept, and how they affect people.  He will also outline the law and procedure of criminal expungement and available resources. It will be held in the meeting room at the Burnhaven Library, which is located at 1101 W County Road 42 in Burnsville. Questions about the class can be directed to Liz Reppe, Law Library Manager, at 651-438-8244
