Panoramic Perspectives is a small mental health practice that offers individual, couples, family and group therapy.  We provide support for individuals ages 1 and up.  Our clinicians have experience working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, Disordered eating, Postpartum depression, family dysfunction, infidelity, and more. We offer CBT, DBT, EMDR, Narrative therapy and have clinicians specializing in the Gottman Method.  We have clinicians who see young children, teens, and adults.  We see clients both in-person and telehealth and we accept most insurances.

The public is invited to strap on their running shoes and hit the road for the the 2012 edition of "The Jennie," a 5k run at . The run honors Jennie Sandquist, a former Nicollet student, teacher, and track coach who died of cancer in 2010. The Jennie will take place Monday, May 14, at 4 p.m. It begins at the Nicollet Junior High tennis courts. Registration is free and refreshments will be provided. T-shirts are available to purchase for $15.
