No Arrests After 5 Shot In Burnsville Park
Burnsville Police are asking anyone with information on the shooting to come forward.

BURNSVILLE, MN — No arrests have been made after a shooting in a Burnsville park left five people injured Friday night. Police are asking anyone with information on the shooting to come forward.
At about 8:15 p.m. on Friday, Burnsville police responded to 911 calls of shots fired at Red Oak Park.
Officers found four shooting victims, three of who were hospitalized while the fourth was treated and released at the scene. A fifth victim showed up at the hospital from a private vehicle, police said.

Some suspects at the scene fled when police arrived, authorities said.
"We want to thank those members of the public who called 911 to report this incident and provided information on what they saw," said Burnsville Police Chief Tanya Schwartz.

"Now we are asking members of the public if you know something about those who may be responsible to come forward. The help of everyone who knows something, saw something or can provide information is critical. I can't stress enough the need for cooperation from the members of the public who have information to come forward. Finding those responsible will make our community safer."
