He is survived by daughter Paula (Philip) Swiggum; Step children Brad (Nancy), Tom (Donna), Mike (Gayle), Susan Colehour, Becky (Hal) Linden; grandchildren Brian (Ali) Swiggum, Kristen (Mike) Savage, Michael Swiggum; and eight great-grandchildren; also by loving niece and 3 nephews.  He is preceded in death by wife Virginia; sister Jean, and twin brother Donald. Funeral services for Milne will be held at  1:30 p.m. on Monday, July 9, 2012 at Shepherd of the Valley Lutheran Church in Apple Valley. Visitation begins at 1 p.m. Interment will follow the service at Fort Snelling National Cemetery. Source:
