Polly A. Booker, of Burnsville, passed away on Jan. 10, 2013 at the age of 68.
She is preceded in death by her grandson, Jeffrey.
Booker is survived by husband, Van; children, Jeffrey (Liz) Anhalt, Jay Anhalt, Pamela (John) Hall and Jesse (Donna) Anhalt; grandchildren, Corey Anhalt, Peyton, and Parker Hall; siblings, Bonnie Anderson, Cindy Buma, Dennis Anderson and Joy Curran.

Visitation is scheduled from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 16, 2013 at White Funeral Home in Apple Valley (14560 Pennock Avenue). Interment will take place at Fort Snelling National Cemetery. You can sign Booker's online guestbook at White Funeral Home's website.
