• Booming local hemp business confronts poison pill (hometownsource.com) — A Burnsville-based hemp manufacturer, Northern Diversified Solutions, has rapidly expanded but now faces a major threat from a new federal THC limit that could gut its interstate sales. The company, which buys from Minnesota farmers and employs 15 people, is joining national industry efforts to delay or change the rule and is urging consumers to press lawmakers for sensible regulation instead of de facto prohibition.
