Paul Weiher was described as a creative soul who had a special spot in his heart for Scotland, where his loved ones plan to scatter his ashes.
Paul W. Weiher, 46, of Burnsville, died on June 24, 2012.
Weiher was born on June 19, 1966. His friends and family say he was an avid fisherman and pool player, who also loved to draw and spend time with his friends. He is described as "creative, witty and always willing to lend a hand."
A memorial service was held in his honor on Thursday, June 28, 2012.
