Our clinicians have experience working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, Disordered eating, Postpartum depression, family dysfunction, infidelity, and more. We offer CBT, DBT, EMDR, Narrative therapy and have clinicians specializing in the Gottman Method.  We have clinicians who see young children, teens, and adults.  We see clients both in-person and telehealth and we accept most insurances.

Editor's note: This is a weekly series called "Pet of the Week" where we feature a companion up for adoption from Dakota County animal rescues. Sammie is a wonderful, loving kitty looking for a home. She just had a full dental done, was vaccinated and spayed. Sammie is estimated to be twelve years old. She enjoys watching birds at the birdfeeder and checking for squirrels out the window. Sammie is fine with dogs and does well with gentle cats.  She is pretty spry for her age.  Sammie is currently being fostered in Lakeville for Happy Hound Rescue.
