• BPD arrested a 22-year-old California man for traffic violations, driving with no proof of insurance, driving without a valid license and giving a false name.

• BPD arrested a 31-year-old Burnsville woman for theft.

• BPD arrested a 29-year-old Apple Valley woman for possession of marijuana, driving after revocation and giving a false name.

• BPD arrested a 60-year-old Apple Valley man for DWI.

• BPD responded to reports of fraud and illegal credit card use in the 900 block of County Road 42 West.

• BPD responded to reports of a second-degree burglary in the 1300 block of Aspen Drive.

Aug. 9

• BPD arrested a 43-year-old Burnsville man for disorderly conduct.

• BPD arrested a 27-year-old Lakeville woman for driving without due care and texting while at the wheel.

• BPD arrested a 57-year-old man with no current address for possession of drug paraphernalia, giving a false name or ID, and theft.

• BPD arrested a 31-year-old Minneapolis man for falsely reporting a crime.

• BPD responded to reports of a second-degree burglary of an unoccupied dwelling in the 11000 block of Summerset Lane.

• BPD responded to reports of a first-degree burglary of an occupied residence in the 400 block of Burnsville Parkway East.

• BPD responded to reports of property damage in the 100 block of 130th Street East.

• BPD assisted in a warrant service in the 13000 block of Oakland Drive.

Aug. 10

• BPD arrested a 38-year-old Burnsville woman for domestic assault and disorderly conduct.

• BPD arrested a Burnsville man, 21, for failure to drive in s dingle lane, a child restraint violation and driving without a valid license. He was subsequently charged with obstruction of the legal process and disorderly conduct as well.

• BPD arrested an Apple Valley man, 29, for violating a no contact order.

• BPD arrested a 31-year-old Burnsville man for assault in the fifth degree.

• BPD responded to reports of a vehicle theft in the 14000 block of Burnsville Parkway West.

• BPD responded to reports of a burglary in the 700 block of 145th Street East which turned out to be unfounded.

• BPD responded to reports of a lost person in the 2000 block of 121 Street East.

Aug. 11

• BPD responded to the scene of a third-degree assault, a felony offense involving substantial bodily harm, in the 13000 block of Grand Avenue South. The case is still pending.

• BPD arrested a Minneapolis man, 20, for violation of an order for protection, fleeing a police officer and damage to property.

• BPD arrested a 21-year-old Savage woman for possession of drug paraphernalia.

• BPD responded to a hit and run accident that resulted in damage to property in the 3000 block of Highway 13 East.

• BPD assisted in serving a warrant in the area of Cliff Road East and Nicollet Avenue South.

Aug. 12

• BPD arrested a 22-year-old Burnsville man for possession of marijuana and fleeing a police officer.

• BPD arrested an Apple Valley man, 23, for possession of marijuana, lacking proof of insurance and driving after suspension of his license.

• BPD arrested for contempt of court and domestic assault.

• BPD arrested a 34-year-old Burnsville man after breaking up a noisy party or assembly.

• BPD responded to reports of property damage in the 2000 block of 117 Street East.

Aug. 13

• BPD arrested an 18-year-old Burnsville man for underage consumption.

• BPD arrested a Brooklyn Center man, age 46, for aiding an offender, theft, possession of burglary tools, and damage to property.

• In the same instance, the BPD arrested his alleged accomplice, a 45-year-old Eagan man who is charged with aiding an offender, theft, receiving stolen property, possession of burglary theft tool and damage to property.

• BPD responded to reports of a third-degree burglary of a building in the 1100 block of Traveler's Trail East.

• BPD responded to reports of property damage in the 12000 block of Allen Drive.
