Portion Of Burnsville Center Sells For $10.6 M: Report
The deal officially closed at the end of January.
BURNSVILLE, MN — Local investors and an Illinois-based developer have bought a portion of Burnsville Center for $10.6 million under the name Pacific Square Burnsville LLC, according to a report by Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal.
The deal officially closed at the end of January, the publication reported. Pacific Square Burnsville LLC bought the portion of the property from Kohan Retail Investment Group, the report said.
The portion of the mall sold in the deal is 125,000 square feet and includes Dick's Sporting Goods, Kirkland's, Panera Bread, Noodles & Co. and an empty space formerly occupied by Gordmans, according to the report.
