Ohlsen was involved in a fatal accident that occurred around 9 p.m. on Friday, as Ohlsen was driving on a road cutting though the Battle Creek Regional Park. Authorities say his Jeep initially swerved into the median and oncoming traffic on U.S. Highway 61. Ohlsen overcorrected, ran into a ditch and hit a tree.  Ohlsen died at the scene.
