These Projects Have Been Proposed In Burnsville

BURNSVILLE, MN — The following projects have been proposed in Burnsville, according to the city's development map.

Panda Express

Panda Restaurant Group submitted an application for a Planned Unit Development Amendment to build a restaurant at the Southwest Intersection of Egen Drive and Aldrich Avenue, the city said. The restaurant would have a drive-thru and would be in the vacant parking lot south of County Road 42, the city said.

Burnsville Sanitary Landfill PUD

Burnsville Sanitary Landfill Inc. applied for a "conditional use permit and development stage planned unit development" at 2650 Cliff Rd W, the city said.

MWF Parkway Plat/Rezoning

This proposed project is located at 451 Burnsville Parkway W.
