Just three acts made the cut at Burnsville High School's talent competition.
On Thursday, Burnsville High pulled out all the stops for its annual competition: The stage at Mraz Center saw Pacific-island inspired dancing, a techno-ballet interpretation of the Nutcracker and plenty of earnest crooning. Just three acts were chosen as finalists by the judges — teachers Wendy Drugge, Nate Strand and Carla Staffa, whose tart tongue drew comparisons with Simon Cowell.

1st: DTMC, a breakdancing group
