5 Eagan Schools Removed From, 2 Added To MDH COVID Outbreak List

The city now has seven schools on the list.

EAGAN, MN — Five Eagan schools were removed this week from the Minnesota Department of Health's list of schools that have had recent outbreaks of COVID-19, but two schools were added.

The removed schools include:

  • Deerwood Elementary School
  • Glacier Hills Elementary School
  • Oak Ridge Elementary School
  • Black Hawk Middle School
  • Dakota Hills Middle School

Northview Elementary School and Pilot Knob STEM Magnet School are the most recent adds.

Dakota County has 45 schools on the list this week.

  • Pinewood Elementary School
    • Sept. 5-18: 10-19 cases
    • Oct. 3-Oct. 16: 5-9 cases
    • Nov. 14-27: 5-9 cases
    • Nov. 28-Dec. 11: 5-9 cases
  • Red Pine Elementary School
    • Oct. 3-Oct. 16: 5-9 cases
    • Oct. 17-30: 5-9 cases
    • Oct. 31-Nov. 13: 10-19 cases
    • Nov. 14-27: 5-9 cases
    • Nov. 28-Dec. 11: 5-9 cases
    • Dec. 26-Jan. 8: 5-9 cases
    • The school remains on the list and MDH said it will post more recent data when it is available.
  • Rahn Elementary School
    • Nov. 14-27: 5-9 cases
    • Dec. 26-Jan. 8: 5-9 cases

  • Woodland Elementary School
    • Nov. 14-27: 10-19 cases
