EAGAN, MN — It's officially June, and nothing screams summer in Eagan like the opening of Cascade Bay.Cascade Bay will open June 10 this year and will remain open until Aug. 28, the city said.The award-winning waterpark offers a leisure pool, zero-depth entry pool, waterslides, a lazy river, sand play area, mini-golf, concessions and more, the city said.
