Cash Blowing Across Eagan Road Returned To Owner
A police officer and a good Samaritan helped track down money that had been scattered across a road in Eagan on Saturday.

EAGAN, MN — A woman was crying tears of joy after cash $10 to $100 bills were returned to her by police on Saturday.
An Eagan officer was patrolling around Nicols and Silverbell roads when she noticed money blowing down the street.
The officer stopped traffic and — with the help of a good Samaritan — chased down all the bills, plus a billfold containing a driver's license.

The officer drove the area around looking for the owner and, when she located the woman, pulled her over for a traffic stop.
The officer returned the billfold and all of the money that had been inside, along with a joke about not littering.
