Eagan Asks Residents To Follow Odd-Even Watering Plan
The watering plan is in effect throughout the entire year.
EAGAN, MN — The city of Eagan encouraged residents to use its odd-even watering plan.
The watering restrictions apply to all Eagan properties with the exceptions of new sod, seed or landscaping, the city said.
Many cities have watering plans like this, the city said.

Addresses that end in an odd number may water their lawns on odd-numbered dates and those that end in even numbers can water on even dates, the city said.
The watering plan is in effect throughout the entire year, Eagan said.

"In Eagan we have created an odd-even day watering plan designed to save water and help make our community a more sustainable place to live," the city said. "These year-round requirements are similar to the system in most of our neighboring communities."
