Eagan Potbelly Launches New Sandwiches, Menu

EAGAN, MN — Eagan residents will be able to enjoy three new sandwiches at Potbelly Sandwich Shop, located on Promenade Place.

Potbelly announced the launch of its new menu Wednesday, which includes the new sandwiches as well as enhanced versions of existing sandwiches.

The three new sandwiches include:

• Avo Turkey (hand-sliced turkey breast, swiss cheese, fresh-sliced avocado and cucumber)
• Steakhouse Beef (Angus roast beef, crumbled blue cheese, provolone cheese and horseradish aioli)
• Chicken Club (all-natural grilled chicken, applewood smoked bacon and cheddar cheese)

To celebrate the new menu, Potbelly Perks members will receive a a reward for a free original-sized sandwich when they order an original or BIG sandwich during the month of September, the company said.

The new menu includes a longer original-sized sandwich, and an increased meat and cheese-to-bread ratio on other sandwiches, the company said.

Potbelly said that it also has added its catering menu to the app.
