Eagan Residents Can Take Express Bus To MN State Fair

EAGAN, MN — Eagan residents can catch a ride to the Minnesota State Fair by using the local express service.

From Aug. 25 through Sept. 5, the Minnesota Valley Transit Authority is offering direct bus service between the State Fair and the Eagan Transit Station.

The Eagan Transit Station is located at 3470 Pilot Knob Road, Eagan, MN 55123.

Find its hours below:

• Weekdays: Every 30 minutes from 10 a.m. to noon. Every hour from 10 a.m. until 8 p.m.
• Weekends: Every 15 minutes from 8 to 10 a.m. Every 30 minutes from 10 a.m. until 8:30 p.m.
• Labor Day: Every 15 minutes from 8 to 10 a.m. Every 30 minutes from 10 a.m. until 5:30 p.m.

For a roundtrip, riders will be charged:

• $6 cash
• $5 if you buy a mobile app ticket

Go-To Cards are not accepted on the State Fair express bus.

The Burnsville Transit Station and the Southbridge Park and Ride in Shakopee will also provide an express bus to and from the fair. Find out more information here.
