Eagan Trader Joe's Will Open March 18

EAGAN, MN — The opening date for Trader Joe's Eagan location has been announced: March 18.

Construction began over the summer of 2021, with City Council approving the store's liquor license in August.

The store was built in the southwest corner of Emagine Eagan's parking lot, at 2065 Cliff Road.

"At Trader Joe's Eagan (717), we see ourselves as your neighborhood grocery store," the store's website says. "Step inside and you'll find unconventional and interesting products in the Trader Joe's label like Mandarin Orange Chicken and Cold Brew Coffee Concentrate, as well as everyday basics like milk, eggs and fresh produce."

The store also boasts fresh flowers and "delicious, quality products at the very best prices."
