ISD 191 Plans Ahead In Case Of Milk Carton Shortage: Report

DAKOTA COUNTY, MN — Independent School District 191 has created a plan to ration milk in case of a carton shortage, according to a report by Southwest News Media.

The plan to ration milk would discontinue it as an option at one or all of the daily meals, according to the report.

If implemented, the plan would impact secondary schools before elementary schools, the report said.
