ISD 191 To Sell Metcalf Middle School: Report

Once sold, the school must be demolished within 180 days, according to reports.

DAKOTA COUNTY, MN — ISD 191's school board voted unanimously Thursday to sell Metcalf Middle School to Syndica, LLP for $12.3 million, according to a report by Bring Me The News.

Once the sale of the school, located at the intersection of Diffley Road and Highway 13 in Eagan, is finalized, Syndica, LLP must demolish it within 180 days, the report said.

Redevelopment plans for the property haven't yet been submitted to the city of Eagan, the publication reported.
