New Caribou Location To Open Next Week In Eagan

EAGAN, MN — A new Caribou Coffee location is opening at 845 Vikings Pkwy on Tuesday, according to a news release the company sent out.

There will also be a grand opening celebration for guests on March 4, the news release said. Guests can get $1 off any large or XL drink, Caribou said.

During the grand opening weekend, the new Caribou location said it will donate $1 to Dakota Woodlands for every order. Dakota Woodlands is a shelter for homeless women and families in Dakota County, according to its website.

The location's hours will be:

• Sunday 6:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
• Monday 5:30 a.m.– 6:00 p.m.
• Tuesday 5:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
• Wednesday 5:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
• Thursday 5:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
• Friday 5:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
• Saturday 6:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

The new location will have indoor and outdoor seating as well as a drive-thru, Caribou said.
