Progressive Rail Gets Grant From MnDOT: Report

DAKOTA COUNTY, MN — Progressive Rail, which runs in Eagan and Rosemount, recently received a $609,000 grant from Minnesota Department of Transportation, according to a report by Sun Thisweek.

The grant will help the freight rail extend an existing track interchange to accommodate new business, the publication reported.

Eight projects throughout the state received grants from MnDOT, totaling $6.5 million, the report said.
