'Version 1' Announces First All-Female Team: Report

EAGAN, MN — Eagan-based "Version 1" announced its first all-female team "Version X," a five person team made up of players across the country, KSTP reports.

Version 1 is a multi-platform gaming organization that supports four professional esports teams, the report said. It is owned by Mark Wilf, who also owns the Minnesota Vikings, according to the report.

Version 1 provides the teams with housing, a practice room and more at the Vikings Innovation Center, where the teams practice for six to seven hours per day, KSTP reported.
