Our clinicians have experience working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, Disordered eating, Postpartum depression, family dysfunction, infidelity, and more. We offer CBT, DBT, EMDR, Narrative therapy and have clinicians specializing in the Gottman Method.  We have clinicians who see young children, teens, and adults.  We see clients both in-person and telehealth and we accept most insurances.

The NFL plans to announce part of the schedule Wednesday, including the complete slate of the 2023 international games.The individual matchups for 2023 have already been released, however. The Vikings are scheduled to host the Chiefs, Chargers, Saints, Buccaneers, 49ers, Bears, Lions and Packers during the 2023 regular season. Minnesota will go on the road to face the Broncos, Raiders, Falcons, Panthers, Eagles, Bears, Lions, Packers, and Bengals during the regular season.The Vikings went an impressive 13 and 4 last season but were bounced out of the first round of the playoffs by the New York Giants.
