WI Developer Considers Turning Eagan Hotel Into Apartments: Report

EAGAN, MN — Milwaukee developers, Boulder Venture and F Street Development, recently contacted Eagan to discuss turning Sonesta ES Suites Minneapolis-St. Paul Airport hotel into an apartment complex, according to a report by Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal.
The apartment complex would have 120 townhome-style units, the report said.
Sonesta Suites, located off of Eagandale Place, is currently owned by The RMR Group and is still currently up-and-running, the publication reported. The president of F Street Development said the developers plan to eventually buy the property, according to the report.
